Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage, or described in terms of such damage. It is often accompanied by inflammation. Inflammation is the complex biological response of vascular tissues to harmful stimuli, such as pathogens, damaged cells, or irritants. It is a protective attempt by the organism to remove the injurious stimuli as well as initiate the healing process for the tissue. Pyrexia (fever) is a frequent medical symptom that describes an increase in internal body temperature to levels that are above normal. No pain is an excellent combination of Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory and Antipyretic agents.

Ibuprofen :
Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Ibuprofen is an NSAID which is believed to work through inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX), thus inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Ibuprofen inhibits both COX-1 and COX-2. It appears that its analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory activity are achieved principally through COX-2 inhibition; whereas COX-1 inhibition is responsible for its unwanted effects on platelet aggregation and the GI mucosa.

Paracetamol:
Paracetamol is a common analgesic and antipyretic drug that is used for the relief of fever, headaches, and other minor aches and pains. It is also useful in managing more severe pain, allowing lower dosages of additional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or opioid analgesics to be used, thereby minimizing overall side-effects. it has been assumed that paracetamol acts by reducing production of prostaglandins, which are involved in the pain and fever processes, by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme. Paracetamol selectively blocks a variant of the COX enzyme expressed in the brain and spinal cord.

Caffeine :
Caffeine is a central nervous system and metabolic stimulant and is used both recreationally and medically to reduce physical fatigue and restore mental alertness when unusual weakness or drowsiness occurs. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system first at the higher levels, resulting in increased alertness and wakefulness, faster and clearer flow of thought, increased focus, and better general body coordination, and later at the spinal cord level.

Indication :

No Pain is indicated for the short term treatment of:

• Reheumatoid arthritis, Osteroarthritis, ankylosing spondilitis, cervical spondylitis, intervertrebral disc syndrome and sciatica

• Non articular rheumatic conditions alike fibrosis, myositis, bursitis, low back pain, etc.

• Soft tissue injuries like sprains, strains and sport injuries

• Painful inflammatory conditions in gynaecology

• Post-operative and post traumatic inflammation and swelling

• Pain and inflammation following surgery

• Acute attacks of gout

• Severe headache
